I. Age 18 to 60 years, of both genders
II. American society of Anesthesiologists
Gradeâ??I, Gradeâ??II
III. Patients posted for laparoscopic
cholecystectomy procedures (duration being
1 to 2 hours).
1) American society of anesthesiologists Grade- III, Gradeâ??IV, Grade V.
(2) Anticipated difficult airway.
(3) Mallampati Gradeâ??III and Mallampati Gradeâ??I V.
(5) Patients who are on aminoglycosides, MgSO4, antidepressants, anticonvulsants and anti-arrhythmic
(6) Known history of allergy to any of the study drugs.
(7) Pregnant women
