1) Patients diagnosed with Bipolar affective disorder/ Schizophrenia according to ICD-10.2)Duration of illness is atleast 2 years and atmost 20 years.3)Ready to give written informed consent.
1) Patients with mood disorders/psychotic disorders secondary to other medical disorders,schizoaffective disorder and intellectual disability
2) Patients with current manic/hypomanic/depressive/psychotic episode in M.I.N.I.scale
3) Patients who received ECT within last 6 months
4) Patients with comorbid debilitating medical illness
5) Patients who are unable to read or write Assamese/English
