- •- age 18 to 40 years
- •- pain of patellar tendon at least for three months and with a maximum of two years
- •- pain of patellar tendon during and/or after doing sports
- •- VISA-P < 80
- •- pain of patellar tendon during palpation
排除标准
- •- clinically suspect of other knee pathology
- •- knee operation or knee injection in history
- •- patient did eccentric exercises for the knee before
- •- hypersensitive for the use of nitrats
- •- pregnancy
- •- use of medication which influence the blood pressure, like anti hypertensiva

Medical treatment with nitroglycerin for management of retained placenta - a multicentre trial - Nitroglycerin for management of retained placenta - a multicenter trialBackground: retained placenta occurs in 3% of all deliveries. The results from a pilot study indicate that medical treatment with a combination of oxytocin and the utero-relaxing agent nitroglycerin adminstered 1mg sublingually seems to have effect. The primary aim of this study is to investigate in a larger multicentre trial if the good results from the pilot study using nitroglycerin for management of retained placenta can be confirmed.EUCTR2008-001346-92-SEo sponsor
