Inclusion Criteria
Patients with previous H /O covid infection undergoing surgery under General anesthesia
Age 18-59 years of either sex
Exclusion Criteria
Body mass index (BMI) > 30
H/o obstructive sleep apneoa
Previous h/o COPD, Interstitial lung disease
Patients with tracheostomy for covid ventilation

Name Time Method To estimate the incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications (PPC) in patients recovered from covid infection and scheduled for surgeryTimepoint: postoperative day 1 to day 28
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To determine the benefit of the lung protective strategies used in the intraoperative period for the prevention of the incidence of PPC in the postoperative period. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Ventilation, oxygenation and circulation variables are measured every 10 min for first half hour and then every 30 min until end of surgery.
