Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All tracheostomized patients \- above the age of 18 who are discharged from our hospital on tracheostomy
- •tube and require tracheostomy tube care at home or visit the Department of ENT for tracheostomy tube care and further management.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Poor pulmonary functions with oxygen dependence at the time of evaluation
- •2\. Unreliable caregiver
- •3\. Patient not co\-operative to complete the study protocol
