Inclusion Criteria
Male Type 2 diabetes treatment naive of 40-70 years of age.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Known cases of coronary artery disease, other endocrine disorders, renal disease, autonomic dysfunction, history of smoking and alcoholism, inflammatory conditions, kyphoscoliosis, neuromuscular diseases, drugs known to influence glucose level like steroids and any other physical deformity which prevents them from doing yoga asanas.
2. Subjects who are already practicing yoga on regular basis.

Name Time Method Twelve weeks of yoga therapy was expected to improve the cardiovascular autonomic function, reduce oxidative stress, inflammation, insulin resistance and lipid risk factors in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus male patients.Timepoint: 0 week and 12 weeks
