Inclusion Criteria

Having primary complain of low back pain without unilateral or bilateral lower extremity symptoms >= 3 months .

Exclusion Criteria

1)Identification of any medical signs suggestive of non musculoskeletal etiology of symptoms.

2)Previous spine surgery, unstable fractures, osteomyelitis, cancer or patients with red flags for low back.

Primary outcomes to fulfill the objectives are: <br/ ><br>1. Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) to measure pain <br/ ><br>2.Schoberâ??s technique to measure lumbar range of motion. <br/ ><br>Self-reported psychological questionnaires: <br/ ><br>3.GAD-7 <br/ ><br>4.PHQ-9 <br/ ><br>5.Pain Catastrophizing scale 6.Tampa scale of kinesiophobia <br/ ><br>These are the primary outcomes. There are no secondary outcomes in this study.Timepoint: 1.
