/A104 patients will be randomized to each of the two groups to apply TAP or femoral block, after which they were placed in lateral decubitus position and proceed to the performance of spinal anesthesia. The group will perform TAP TAP block with 30 ml of levobupivacaine 0.125% and the femoral group perform femoral block, levobuivacaína injecting 10 ml of 0.25%.
