Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Pregnant woman:
- •1\.1\. Pregnant woman in first trimester
- •1\.2\. Given informed consent for participation
- •2\. Infants in first year:
- •2\.1\. Newborn
- •2\.2\. Parent given consent for participation
- •3\. Children in second year:
- •3\.1\. Child aged \>12 months and \<15 months age
- •3\.2\. Parent given consent for participation
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Pregnant woman:
- •1\.1\. Pregnant woman with major disability to follow instruction
- •1\.2\. Not registered for ANC care
- •1\.3\. Woman not planning to stay in the area
- •till delivery
- •1\.4\. Not giving informed consent for participation
- •2\. Infants in first year:
- •2\.1\. Major systemic malformation (respiratory/ cardiac/nervous system)
- •2\.2\. Family not planning to stay in the area
- •for one year to complete follow up
