1.All patients, irrespective of their disease getting admitted for vamana or virechana may be considered for this study.
2.Healthy volunteers willing to undergo vamana or virechana for wellness purpose.
3.Patients who are ready to give the written informed consent.
4.The trial subjects of any ongoing trial will be considered for conventional method group. No alteration will be made in their treatment protocol and only data will be collected from such participants. A separate consent will be taken from such participants.
1.Patients who are not fit for snehapana and shodhana karma.
2.Patients with uncontrolled high blood pressure ( >160/100 mm of Hg)
3.Patients who are diabetic having HbA1c more than 7.5%.
4.Patients who are diagnosed with malignancy of any system .
5.Patients who are immune compromised.
6.Pregnant and lactating women

Name Time Method Assessment of Ayoga, Atiyoga and Updadrava of abhyanatra snehapaana with each dosing pattern.Timepoint: Last day of snehapaana and upto samsarjana krama/ upto 10th day.;Assessment of Shodhana (Vamana / Virechana) achieved through three dosing patterns.Timepoint: On day 2nd/3rd (for vamana) and day 4th/5th (for virechana);Assessment of Sneha jeeryamana lakshana with each dosing pattern.
