Inclusion Criteria
- patients who need cardiac valve replacement for rheumatic or degenerative causes
Exclusion Criteria
- Patients undergoing open heart surgery for any cause other than valve replacement
- patients who are younger than 20 years old.
- Patients undergoing valve repair.
