1. All patients in the age group of 18 to 70 years and admitted for cancer surgery and require admission for more than 1 day.
2. All patients who have given informed consent for inclusion in study.
1. All patients who underwent day care procedures and discharged on the same day.
2. All patients with any diagnosed psychiatric disorder and already taking anti-psychotic, anti-depressant, anti-anxiety drugs.
3. Any patient requires more than 36 hours of ventilatory support post operatively
