1) Patient willing to participate
2) Both male and female between the age group of (20-60) years with diagnosed case of piriformis Syndrome.
3) Tenderness over low back, buttocks and hip Joint.
4) Low back pain radiating to posterior thigh, calf and foot.
5) Limitation in range of motion of hip joint.(rotation )
6) Piriformis test positive.(special diagnostic tests )
1) History of any spinal surgery
2) Spondylolisthesis
3) Degenerative spine and hip joint
4) Patients on medication (Analgesics)
5) Non cooperative patients
6) Recent worsening symptoms
