Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Both Genders
  • •2\. Young adults (18\-25 years)
  • •3\. BMI 18\-24\.9
  • •4\. Cranio vertebral angle less than 48 degree.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Cervical fracture \& trauma, instability
  • •2\. Any other musculoskeletal cervical disorders \& deformities other 3\.than forward head posture
  • •4\. Radiating neck pain \& local neck pain
  • •5\. Any cardio respiratory diseases
  • •6\. Any recent trauma of upper limb \& upper limb dysfunction
  • •7\. Participants involved in sport specific recreational activities \& routine exercise
