- •2. Young adults (18-25 years)
- •3. BMI 18-24.9
- •4. Cranio vertebral angle less than 48 degree.
排除标准
- •1. Cervical fracture & trauma, instability
- •2. Any other musculoskeletal cervical disorders & deformities other 3.than forward head posture
- •4. Radiating neck pain & local neck pain
- •5. Any cardio respiratory diseases
- •6. Any recent trauma of upper limb & upper limb dysfunction
- •7. Participants involved in sport specific recreational activities & routine exercise
