Bilateral insufficiency fractures of the os sacrum on the basis of osteoporosis, including:
- Transalar fractures
- Transforaminal fractures
- U or H fractures with vertebropelvic dissociation
- Normal anatomic conditions in the iliosacroiliac junction with
- Presence of a secure S1 and S2 corridor
- Shape variants of the posterior pelvic ring, which do not allow an iliosacroiliac
- screw position is not allowed
- Incompliance
- Severe concomitant diseases
- Concomitant injuries or pre-existing
- Functional limitations of the lower extremities
