入选标准
- •patients who underwent simultaneous unilateral and bilateral total knee arthroplasty (TKA)
排除标准
- •Contraindication for total knee arthroplasty from Thai OA knee guideline 2011
- •contra-indication for spinal anesthesia
- •cognitive impairment patient
- •Chronic renal disease (Creatinine clearance < 30 ml/min)
- •Patients who are chronic alcohol users (defined as >1 drink per night for women or >2 drinks per night for men)
- •Patients with poorly controlled diabetes mellitus (HbA1C >7.5 on preadmission testing)
- •Patients with steroid or immunosuppressive drug use within 6 months of surgery
- •Severe heart and liver disease
- •Preoperative history of venous thromboembolism or deep vein thrombosis
- •Patients with a hypercoagulable disorder
- •Patients with a concurrent physical condition that may require analgesic treatment during study follow-up
- •Allergy to drugs in the study
- •chronic opioid used
