Patients with clinical or histopathological diagnosis of Oral Lichen Planus (OLP) with desquamative gingivitis.
Patients already under topical or systemic corticosteroid medications for Oral Lichen Planus.
Patients with systemic diseases causing oral ulcerations like- gastrointestinal disorders.
Patients who are receiving or have received Chemotherapeutic drugs, Immunomodulators and topical or systemic Corticosteroids in the recent 1 year.
Pregnant and lactating mothers.
Patients with known allergy or contraindications to study medications.
