入选标准
- •Patients with clinical or histopathological diagnosis of Oral Lichen Planus (OLP) with desquamative gingivitis.
排除标准
- •Patients already under topical or systemic corticosteroid medications for Oral Lichen Planus.
- •Patients with systemic diseases causing oral ulcerations like- gastrointestinal disorders.
- •Patients who are receiving or have received Chemotherapeutic drugs, Immunomodulators and topical or systemic Corticosteroids in the recent 1 year.
- •Pregnant and lactating mothers.
- •Patients with known allergy or contraindications to study medications.
