Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Patients using metered\-dose inhaler (MDI). (Patients who are needed for re\-education among new inhaler users and current users)
  • 2\. Aged more than 19\-years old
  • 3\. Communicable with Korean language, and able to answer to questionnaires.
  • 4\. Patients who have no visual and hearing problems for examination and evaluation.
  • 5\. Patients who understand the purpose of research and agrees to participate in research.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Cognitive impairment: Cognitive impairments such as dementia that cause difficulties to use an inhaler
  • 2\. Patients who cannot communicate.
  • 3\. Patients who are unable to use VR due to visual impairment.
  • 4\. Patients who cannot use an inhaler or wear VR due to anatomical abnormalities in the face.
  • 5\. Patients with status below:
  • 1\) Contraindication to inhaler (tachycardia, uncontrolled infections, etc.)
  • 2\) Patients who are restricted to participate the research due to underlying diseases.
  • 3\) Patients with severe airway diseases (status asthmaticus, life threatening status)
  • 4\) Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • 5\) Patients with history of epilepsy
