Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients coming for surgery below the upper third of Humerus
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patient Refusal
2. Infection or Injury at the injection site
3. Coagulopathy or on anti-coagulants
4. Pre-existing nerve injury or neurological deficit
5. Allergy to local anesthetics
6. Pregnancy
