入选标准
- •Patients undergoing Proximal femoral nailing age between 18-65 years both male, female and transgender ASA I/II will be included in this study of combined epidural volume expansion by 10 and 20 ml normal saline and 0.5% hyperbaric bupivacaine intrathecally.
排除标准
- •Patients with body mass index > 30 kg/ m2, patients having any absolute contraindications for spinal anesthesia like severe hypovolemia, raised intracranial pressure, bleeding diathesis, local infection and patients with severe co morbid diseases like cardiovascular diseases, psychiatric and neurologic diseases will be excluded from the study.
