Inclusion Criteria
- •Dialysis of \>3 months
- •Patients with no other actual medical problems. who are physically and mentally stable.
- •Understand Hindi or English as determined by the ability to participate and comprehend
- •conversation.
- •willing to participate in the study
- •Has a mobile or has access to a mobile.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Clients who have cognitive impairment or having psychiatric disorders.history of stroke, malignancies, liver, heart or brain disease.
- •with advanced malignancy. intellectually unable to answer questionnaires, illiterates.
