Inclusion Criteria
1) older than 18 years old
2) more than 3 months after the diagnosis of ulcerative colitis
3) Familiar with the Internet use
4) Consent to Research
Exclusion Criteria
1) Past colon resection or colon surgery associated with ulcerative colitis
2) mental or intellectual disability
3) Unable to access or use the Internet
