•1.Patient between the age of 20 to 60 years.
•2.patient with classical sign and symptoms of cervical spondylosis.
•3.Patient with less then 3 years of chronicity.
•4.Patient fit and welling for Ruksha Baluka Swedana, Punnagadi Patra Potali Swedana, Agnikarma and Controlled drug.

•1.Patient with Congenital deformity, Traumatic injuries, Myelopathy, Ankylosing spondylosis, Infection of bone and Gross bony deformity.
•2.Patient with uncontrolled HTN, Diabetes mellitus and other systemic disorder that interfere in the line of treatment.
•3.Pregnancy and lactating mother.
•4.Any neurological deficit.
