简要总结

The median follow-up duration was 107.1 months. Five-year reoperation rate did not differ between patients with SAA and HSA (37 and 44 patients, respectively) (31.8% vs. 32.4%, P=0.944). Multivariable risk analysis showed that a low body mass index (<20 kg/m2), presence of hematological disorders, no anti-Behçet’s disease medication before surgery, and stoma formation without anastomosis were risk factors for reoperation. Patients who underwent reoperation had worse 5-year survival rates than those who did not undergo reoperation (83.5% vs. 98.4%, P=0.012). Patients with hematological disorders or low body mass index (BMI) had worse survival.
