入选标准
- •Patients with endstage renal disease on regular maintenance hemodialysis on tunnelled dialysis catheter as vascular access created and followed up at the study site will be enrolled for the study when they develop catheter related bloodstream infection as per IDSA criteria with microbial growth in both central and peripheral blood cultures
排除标准
- •1.Patients with created arteriovenous fistula ready to function within 1 month
- •2. Diagnosed other sites of infection (infective endocarditis, lower respiratory tract infection, diabetic foot infections, etc)
- •3. No microbial isolates found in blood cultures of either central or peripheral blood
- •4. Previously unwell and recently hospitalized patients (within 1 month)
- •5. Not providing informed consent
