1. Patients who are scheduled to undergo elective surgery
2. Patients of the American Society for the Classification of Physical Levels (ASA PS) 1-3
3. Patients aged 19 to 70
4. Patients voluntarily agreed to participate in this clinical trial in writing
1. Patient with any contraindication to regional anesthesia.
2. Pregnant women
3. Patient with central nervous system acting medication
4. Patient with severe pain now
5. Patient with apparent liver disease or kidney disease
6. Patients with diseases including cardiovascular, respiratory, and nervous system
6.1 Patients with ECG abnormality and amiodarone in use
6.2 bradycardia (less than 50 heartbeats)
7. High spianl block of T4 or higher or conversion to general anesthesia
8. Patients deemed unfit for other studies
