Inclusion Criteria

(1) those meeting the diagnostic criteria for diabetic peripheral neuropathy;
(2) those meeting the syndrome differentiation criteria of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome;
(3) aged between 18 and 75 (including 18 and 75);
(4) voluntarily participate in the study and have signed the informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

(1) patients with acute complications of diabetes, such as diabetic ketosis and hyperosmolar coma;
(2) the neuropathy caused mental disease and other causes, such as the neck, lumbar spine lesions (nerve root compression, stenosis, neck lumbar degeneration), cerebral infarction and guillain-barre syndrome, new serious disease of heart head blood-vessel, arteriovenous vascular lesions (venous thrombosis, lymphangitis), has a motor neuropathy, alcoholism, drug especially neurotoxic effect caused by chemotherapy drugs poison and renal insufficiency caused by metabolism of nerve injury causes such as history of neuropathy;
(3) pregnant or lactating women or women who intend to become pregnant within the next year;
(4) those who are known to be allergic to the components of experimental drugs;
(5) those who are unable to cooperate and have participated in other clinical trials within 12 weeks prior to or before the trial.
