入选标准
- •1. Healthy aged community dwelling elderly subjects being devoid of major chronic disease except diabetes and hypertension
- •2. No major cognitive limitation
- •-MOCA >26/30 (Montreal Cognitive Assessment)
- •3.No major restriction in physical activity
- •-Minnesota LTPA score (Leisure Time
- •Physical Activity)
- •-Males >383 Kcal/week
- •-Females >270 Kcal/week
- •4. Possess sound mental health
- •-GDS < 9/30 ( Geriatric depression scale)
排除标准
- •1.Already physically active subjects who are involved in 60 min of physical activity 4 times a week
- •2.Acute illness or diagnosed as chronic or terminal illness with life expectancy less
- •than 12 months
- •3.Fall or injuries in last 72 hours
- •4.Severe physical dependency ( Barthel Index score for basic activities < 60 points)
- •5. Any progressive degenerative neurologic disease like parkinsonism, multiple
- •6. Severe audiovisual impairment
- •7. Locomotor disability like stroke, arthritis
- •8. Cardiovascular diseases like heart failure, angina pectoris, myocardial infarction
- •10. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
- •11. Unable to participate to complete 12 months total duration of the study
