Currently working for at least 3 months
Clinically stable patients

Name Time Method In this study, pre-assessment will be done by <br/ ><br>using the following scales; <br/ ><br>1. Socio-demographic Proforma <br/ ><br>2. Clinical Data Sheet <br/ ><br>3. General Health Questionnaire <br/ ><br>4. Capacity Assessment Guidance document by Government of India <br/ ><br>5. Job Stress Scale <br/ ><br>6. WHOQOL-BREF Scale <br/ ><br>7. Brief Coping Scale <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>The outcome will be focused on the occupational stress of severe mental illness patients.Timepoint: 8 weeks
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The aim of this study is to assess and compare occupational stress and its correlates in persons with severe mental illness and healthy controls. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Job stress at the workplace of the participants by using Job stress scale. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Assess the quality of life by using WHOQOL-Bref. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Measure coping of the participants by using the Brief Coping scale.Timepoint: 8 weeks.
