Inclusion Criteria
- •Inclusion criteria for study locations are:
- •\- Willingness to participate in the study regardless of randomization to the intervention or waitlist control arm
- •\- Willingness to complete three questionnaires (applicable to intervention group, waitlist control group and cluster participants)
- •Eligible criteria for employees who want to take part in one module are:
- •\- Age: 18\-70 years old,
- •\- Written informed consent,
- •\- Sufficient German language skills to fill out the questionnaires
Exclusion Criteria
- •Exclusion is limited to the negotiation of the inclusion criteria
