Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Inclusion criteria for study locations are:
  • \- Willingness to participate in the study regardless of randomization to the intervention or waitlist control arm
  • \- Willingness to complete three questionnaires (applicable to intervention group, waitlist control group and cluster participants)
  • Eligible criteria for employees who want to take part in one module are:
  • \- Age: 18\-70 years old,
  • \- Written informed consent,
  • \- Sufficient German language skills to fill out the questionnaires

Exclusion Criteria

  • Exclusion is limited to the negotiation of the inclusion criteria
