- •Inclusion criteria for study locations are:
- •- Willingness to participate in the study regardless of randomization to the intervention or waitlist control arm
- •- Willingness to complete three questionnaires (applicable to intervention group, waitlist control group and cluster participants)
- •Eligible criteria for employees who want to take part in one module are:
- •- Age: 18-70 years old,
- •- Written informed consent,
- •- Sufficient German language skills to fill out the questionnaires
