Patients with mild cognitive impairment or mild dementia with K-MMSE = 18 or GDS score of 2-6
- Patients with low risk of falls (41-56 points on the berg balance scale)
- Patients with at least one upper limb muscle strength of grade 4 or higher in the manual muscle test
- patients with a visual or auditory impairment
- patients with difficulties in understanding the training instructions
- patients with dizziness
- other reasons that the researcher determined to be inappropriate for participation in this study
