Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Evaluate the potential of therapeutic interventions targeting intestinal, vaginal or urinary microbiota for the prevention of rUTI
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
- Genomic relatedness of causative uropathogens with intestinal and vaginal bacteria of the same species assessed by WGS
- Identification of distinct urinary, vaginal and intestinal microbiota signatures that confer resilience to recurrent disease in women
- Investigation of interdependent changes and interactions between urinary and intestinal or vaginal microbiota
- Assessment of risk factors for emergence of MDRB as causative pathogens of rUTI
