1. Aged 18 to 75 years.
2. Patients in our hospital who underwent hip replacement surgery for the first time under combined spinal-epidural anesthesia.
3. BMI 18-28kg/m^2.
4. ASA I- II grades.
5. Obtain the informed consent of the subjects and sign the informed consent form.
1. Preoperative PSQI>=6;
2. Suffering from central nervous system diseases;
3. Inability to communicate with mental illness;
4. Continuous abuse of opioids, benzodiazepines, alcohol and other drugs known to affect the structure of sleep;
5. Allergic to local anesthetics, abnormal coagulation, infection at the puncture site, or hematoma.
