1. Patients with age group 25 to 45 years.
2. Patients with one or more Millers class I and class II buccal recessions.
3. Current light cigarette smokers �10 cigarettes/day.
4. Patients not contraindicated for periodontal surgery.
5. Patients who are complying with oral hygiene instructions and periodontal recall.
6. Patients with �20% of full mouth plaque and full mouth bleeding on probing after phase I therapy.
1. Heavy smokers �20 cigarettes/day.
2. Pregnancy and lactating women.
3. Patients using medication affecting the periodontal status.
4. Patients with history of previous periodontal surgical treatment at the involved sites.
5. Patients with immunodeficiency disorders.
6. History of radiation therapy to the head and neck.
7. Patients with malposed or crowded teeth.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Recession depth, recession width, percentage of root coverage, width of the attached gingiva, width of keratinized tissue, relative position of the gingival margin will be assessed at 6 months postoperatively.Timepoint: baseline and 6 months
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1.Wound healing index to be assessed at one week postoperatively. <br/ ><br>2.Visual analogue scale scores for pain, discomfort, swelling and interference in dialy activities to be obtained from the patient at one week postoperatively. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: baseline and 6 months
