Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients had POAG
  • •Mean deviation\>\=\-20dB
  • •IOP\<\=21\.0mmHg
  • •Best corrected visual acuity of 0\.5 or better

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Any active ocular disease
  • •Active retinal disease
  • •Ocular surgery within 3 months
  • •History of trabeculotomy or trabeculectom
