Inclusion Criteria

Inclusion criteria
- American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I~III
- 20 years old = Age < 80 years old
- Patients who are scheduled for elective cervical spine operation with intraoperative evoked potentials monitoring
- Patients who received written informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

Exclusion criteria
-Patients with tolerance or hypersensitivity to benzodiazepine
-Patients with dependence or addiction to psychotropic drugs or alcohol
-Patients with previous brain-related neurosurgery
-Patients with inserted status of intracranial device
-Pregnant and lactating women
-Patients with pacemaker insertion which may interfere evoked potentials test
-Patients with acute narrow angle glaucoma
-Patients with moderate hypersensitivity to Dextran40
-Patients with history of malignant hyperthermia or having genetic susceptible malignant hyperthermia
-Previous hypersensitivity history to halogenated inhalation agents
