Inclusion Criteria
Patients younger than 2 years old who undergoing elective spinal surgery
Initial surgery case
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with preoperative immobility of lower limbs
Patients who are contraindicated to use inhalational anesthetics or propofol
Patients or patient's families do not agree with study participation
Patients who show unstable hemodynamics
Patients who show any signs of insufficient anesthesia
