1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of simple obesity, and 28 = BMI = 40;
2) Conform to the syndrome differentiation standard of spleen deficiency dampness resistance type;
3) Age 18 ~ 50 years old;
4) No other weight loss measures other than lifestyle intervention have been taken in recent 3 months;
5) The patient has normal vital signs, knows the research plan, agrees to cooperate with the test, and signs a written informed consent.
1) Obesity caused by pathological and pharmaceutical factors;
2) Pregnant or lactating women;
3) Combined with liver, kidney, heart, lung dysfunction, or coagulation dysfunction;
4) Combined with organic diseases;
5) Severe allergic constitution, allergic to known intervention measures or taboo;
6) Combined with psychosis and infectious diseases;
7) Combined cognitive or communication disorders;
8) Participating in other clinical trials.
