Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • varicose veins at anteromedial side of leg

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. refusal to participate in research
  • 2\. weight under 45 kgs.
  • 3\. allergy to fentanyl
  • 4\. uncontrolled diabetes
  • 5\. poor controlled of diabetes
  • 6\. contraindication of femoral nerve block
  • 7\. cognitive impairment or psychiatric problems
  • 8\. neurological deficit at legs
  • 9\. use of more than 20 mg of oral morphine for chronic pain
