Inclusion Criteria

varicose veins at anteromedial side of leg

Exclusion Criteria

1. refusal to participate in research
2. weight under 45 kgs.
3. allergy to fentanyl
4. uncontrolled diabetes
5. poor controlled of diabetes
6. contraindication of femoral nerve block
7. cognitive impairment or psychiatric problems
8. neurological deficit at legs
9. use of more than 20 mg of oral morphine for chronic pain
