Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •varicose veins at anteromedial side of leg

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. refusal to participate in research
  • •2\. weight under 45 kgs.
  • •3\. allergy to fentanyl
  • •4\. uncontrolled diabetes
  • •5\. poor controlled of diabetes
  • •6\. contraindication of femoral nerve block
  • •7\. cognitive impairment or psychiatric problems
  • •8\. neurological deficit at legs
  • •9\. use of more than 20 mg of oral morphine for chronic pain
