Inclusion Criteria
- •varicose veins at anteromedial side of leg
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. refusal to participate in research
- •2\. weight under 45 kgs.
- •3\. allergy to fentanyl
- •4\. uncontrolled diabetes
- •5\. poor controlled of diabetes
- •6\. contraindication of femoral nerve block
- •7\. cognitive impairment or psychiatric problems
- •8\. neurological deficit at legs
- •9\. use of more than 20 mg of oral morphine for chronic pain
