Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Family member:
  • Family member of patient admitted in tertiary care hospital with advanced pulmonary, cardiac, or liver disease or metastatic cancer
  • Patients admitted in ICU and expected to survive for more than 24 hours
  • Nursing officers:
  • Regular employees Working in critical care units, oncology ward
  • With minimum work experience of one year
  • Well versed in Odia language

Exclusion Criteria

  • Any family member as a care taker below 18 years
  • Unable to read, write and understand Odia language
  • Nurses working on short contractual basis
  • Not willing to participate in the study
