Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Family member:
- •Family member of patient admitted in tertiary care hospital with advanced pulmonary, cardiac, or liver disease or metastatic cancer
- •Patients admitted in ICU and expected to survive for more than 24 hours
- •Nursing officers:
- •Regular employees Working in critical care units, oncology ward
- •With minimum work experience of one year
- •Well versed in Odia language
Exclusion Criteria
- •Any family member as a care taker below 18 years
- •Unable to read, write and understand Odia language
- •Nurses working on short contractual basis
- •Not willing to participate in the study
