Adult patients in age 18-65 years, either gender posted for valvular heart surgery on cardiopulmonary bypass.
Exclusion Criteria
1)Left ventricular ejection fraction <35%
2)Comorbidities like cardiomyopathy, cerebrovascular disease
3)Peripheral vascular disease
4)Patients with chronic kidney disease
