Inclusion Criteria
Patients diagnosed with myocardial infarction (with CK-MB and TnI elevation with significant ST, T change in ECG)
Patients needing percutaneous coronary angioplasty
Patients who voluntarily signed a research agreement
Exclusion Criteria
Previously diagnosed myocardial infarction
If you have had a stent implant before and see RWMA on echocardiography.
Lesions with more than 70% of stenosis remain
Pregnant and lactating women who require booster and ecmo insertion due to shock, hemodynamic instability
