Inclusion Criteria
- •Blood sample of Healthy human volunteers of age 18 yrs to 35 yrs both male \& female
Exclusion Criteria
- •Uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus
- •Hypotensive patient
- •Bleeding disorders
- •Acute infection and septicemia
- •Immune compromised patients
- •Pregnant and lactating women
- •Patient on Anticoagulant therapy and oral contraceptives
- •Other serious systemic disorders
