Patient with TURP
Under spinal anesthesia
American society anesthesiologist classification 1-3
Exclusion Criteria
Core temperature before anesthetic procedure is more than 37.5 degree Celsius
Hemodynamic unstable
Patient has volume overload
Patient has hyper/hypothyroidism
