Harvesting and stem cell cryopreservation should be done before admission for HSCT.
Patients should be in complete remission.
Patients must have adequate organ function including hematologic, cardiac, renal, respiratory and liver.
Karnofsky or Lansky performance score of greater than or equal to 50.
Patient has a suitable adult family member donor available for NK cell donation.
At least two weeks since receipt of any biological therapy, systemic chemotherapy, and/or radiation therapy.
1-25 y/o patients with neuroblastoma candidate for auto-hsct
Active or uncontrolled infection
Patient declines participation
