Inclusion Criteria
  • s/p acute myocardial infarction 14-30 days
  • ability to perform exercise
Exclusion Criteria
  • unstable angina
  • chronic atrial fibrillation
  • severely reduced LV function
  • NYHA 4
  • severe valvular disease
