- •Patients aged more than 18 years being admitted to ICU with diagnosis of/ or develop sepsis/septic shock (as per sepsis 3)
排除标准
- •1.Known cases of cirrhosis with portal hypertension,
- •2.Inadequate window
- •3.IVC thrombus
- •4.Already having AKI/CKD
- •5.Known case of right heart compromise (diagnosed on previous echo),
- •6.Known case of Pulmonary artery hypertension,
- •7.Known case of Tricuspid regurgitation,
- •8.Abdominal compartment syndrome
- •9.Abdominal surgery
