1. Age is >=40 years

2. Has given consent to inclusion in the study

3. Established on CPAP for at least 3 months

4. Obstructive Spirometry

Exclusion Criteria

1. History of Heart Failure

2. Known COPD/Asthma and on treatment

Primary Outcome Measures
