入选标准

  • Those who have been diagnosed with lumbosacral disc disorder (damage), spinal stenosis, or spondylosis accompanied by radiculopathy through radiological examination (MRI or CT) within 6 months before participating in the clinical trial.
  • Patients who have symptoms related to lumbosacral neuropathy, such as radiating pain in the lower extremities, muscle weakness, or paresthesia, or who have been diagnosed with lumbosacral neuropathy through a physical examination.
  • Patients with NRS4 or higher with back pain or lower extremity pain due to lumbosacral neuropathy.

排除标准

  • Patients who have a history of spine surgery such as lumbosacral intrametal fixation or spinal fusion, or who have undergone spine surgery in the past but still experience pain related to the spine
  • Patients who are judged by the research staff to require surgical treatment due to cauda equina syndrome or motor paralysis and neurological symptoms that are expected to be difficult to recover from conservative therapy
  • Patients receiving active medication such as strong narcotic analgesics for the purpose of pain control
  • Those who received oriental medicine treatment within 2 weeks before the start of the clinical trial baseline
  • Those who show saliva hypersensitivity, metal allergy, severe atopy, skin sensitivity, etc.
  • hemophilia patient
